Hongte Machinery will introduce the main equipment required for a sunflower oil production line with a daily processing capacity of 200TPD:
- Cleaning screen. The sunflower seed raw materials can remove impurities and dust through the cleaning screen to obtain clean sunflower seeds.
- Steaming and roasting wok, heating and steaming sunflower seeds, which is conducive to the subsequent sunflower oil pressing.
- Oil press, using 40 sets HT140GX large oil tank oil presses. This type of oil press is very suitable for pressing sunflower seeds, cotton seeds, rapeseed and other oil crops. It has the advantages of high pressure and high yield.
- Oil filter, using vibration filtration and automatic slag discharge to filter the pressed sunflower seed crude oil.
- Refining equipment, further refining the sunflower oil to obtain finished sunflower oil of better quality.
