Working principle

 

The machine adopts the cam gear structure. First, the dial wheel pushes the ampoule bottle into the bottle feed rack. The bottle feed rack moves from left to right, gradually delivering the ampoule bottle to the filling station and the sealing station. The copper clamp is used to cut off the waste head of the ampoule bottle to achieve the effect of sealing the ampoule bottle.

 

Precautions

 

Before starting the car, you must first use the crank handle to turn the machine, check if there is any abnormality in the rotation, and make sure that it is normal before starting the car. However, please note: before starting the car, you must first pull out the crank handle to disconnect the crank handle from the machine to ensure operation safety.

When adjusting the machine, the tools must be used appropriately. It is strictly forbidden to use too large tools or excessive force to disassemble parts to avoid damaging the goods and affecting the performance of the machine.

After each adjustment of the machine, the screws must be tightened. Use the crank handle to turn the machine to check if the movement meets the requirements before starting the car.

The flame head should be frequently judged by the size of the flame head to see if it is good, because the small hole of the flame head is easy to be blocked by carbon or the small hole is deformed after a certain period of use, which affects the vitality.

A vent pipe should be installed on the flame head of the filling machine, which can discharge heat and a small amount of dust in the gas, while maintaining the indoor temperature, humidity and cleanliness, which is beneficial to product quality and the health of workers.

The machine must be kept clean, and it is strictly forbidden to have oil stains, drug liquid or glass fragments on the machine to prevent machine erosion.
