For granite quarry, the cables are in general fitting by injection of vulcanized rubber, the advantage is better adheres to the beads and support cable, which protect it better from the action of abrasive pastes. 1. Check the rotation of the rope saw regularly and adjust it in time
2. Check the wear of beads regularly to avoid partial wear, and take timely measures once partial wear occurs.
3. Regularly check the wear of the joint and the beads at both ends of the joint, and timely replace the joint.

5. The linear speed of the rope saw when cutting is adjusted according to different stone types:
Grade 1-2 granite: 25-30 m/s
Grade 3-4 granite: 22-26 m/s
Grade 5 granite: 20-24 m/s
Marble: 30-45 m/s
Abrasive rock: 30-35 m/s
6. In the initial cutting stage of the new rope, the linear speed should be 2-3 meters/s less than the above mentioned, in order to facilitate the beading out of the edge.
