We offer two finish methods: Matte (Smooth Surface) and Frosted (Textured Surface), you can choose your desired method or we can provide you with sheets with two different sides, which means one side is smooth and the other is textured). If you purchased frosted finish but suddenly want smooth surface, you can easily use sand paper to sand the frosted finish.

About ABS

Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) is an opaque amorphous thermoplastic polymer, Acrylonitrile provides chemical and thermal stability, butadiene provides impact resistance and strength while styrene provides a durable glossy finish.

Advantages of ABS

● With high strength and good toughness, ABS plastic is chemical and impact resistant, it will not break or tear easily. Can be bent within reasonable angles then recover when the force is gone.

● Because of its lightweight and low melting temperature, it is an ideal choice for molding and extrusions.

● Can be colored easily, giving customers a wide variety of color choices.

● It is a "green" plastic, as it can be heated and cooled many times without degradation, which is great for recycling.

● Shatterproof and flexible to fulfill your daily use. Want to thermoform it? Just heat it to 85-100℃ and bent it to the angles you need, then hold the shape and wait for it to cool down.

● Can be easily cut with table saw, jigsaw at normal temperature.

Disadvantages of ABS

UV exposure will degrade ABS sheet, it also has low solvents and fatigue resistance so its best protecting it properly.
