Production
Gasoline is one of the important fuel products that is key to the national economy. With the rapid increase in China's national economy and the rapid development of automobile ownership, the demand for gasoline is growing. The octane number is the most important quality indicator of gasoline, it is a comprehensive reflection to the level of a country's oil refining industry and vehicle design, so from the early twentieth century, people have started looking for an effective way to increase gasoline octane.

Currently, there are two ways to increase gasoline octane number: First, to improve the octane number of the gasoline through the device technology processing, such as catalytic cracking, reforming, alkylation, isomerization, etc.; Second, by adding a gasoline anti-blasting agents (such as tetraethyl lead that has been disabled) or the addition of high-octane components (such as MTBE, to increase the amount of aromatics, etc.).

Although the process method is the primary means of improving the octane number of gasoline, but there are issues of large investment and changing the gasoline boiling range, are often difficult to achieve the best combination of production and lack of appropriate flexibility. A large number of domestic and foreign practice has proved: the use of anti-knock agent is the most cost effective means to improve motor gasoline octane number.

Gasoline antiknock agent can be divided into metal (MMT、tetraethyl lead) and non-metallic (such as MTBE etc.) depending on its composition.

However, studies suggest that, metal antiknock agent as represented in MMT formed the porous deposits in the engine combustion chamber surface, so that the spark plug life is shortened, manganese content increased in the environment, MTBE as a gasoline additive has been widely around the world to use. It not only can improve the octane number of gasoline, but also to improve vehicle performance, reduce the CO content in the exhaust gas, while reducing production costs of gasoline. But too much amount of MTBE, improving the octane number is limited to, it is not ideal octane improver.

So the countries are stepping up research on gasoline antiknock agent, pollution-free anti-knock additive is the direction of future development.

XGFJ-2010 gasoline antiknock is a new type of pollution-free anti-knock additives jointly developed by Dongying Xinguang Chemical Co., Ltd. and China University of Petroleum, the main component is one or more components of gasoline, it is for the gasoline of paraffin base, the middle group, naphthenic crude oil refining and mixing gasoline to improve the octane number. The new products to meet GB17930-2006 standard, can significantly increase the gasoline octane number and antiknock index, optimize physical and chemical indicators, with good economic returns, been widely used for refining business and sales company at home and abroad, the product quality is stable.

The main component of the non-metallic gasoline XGFJ-2010 is a component of gasoline antiknock agent itself, the main elements is C, H and a small amount of N, O, the exhaust emissions are mainly CO2 and H2O, significantly reduce the CO combustion in the car emissions.
The characteristics of the product
This product has the following characteristics:
(1)Has good sensitivity to the straight run gasoline, catalytic cracking gasoline isomerization gasoline, reformulated gasoline, no restrictions of amount, with the increase of the addition amount, the range of octane number improved increase.

Adding amount
Adding 1 ~ 3% generally, and the octane number of gasoline can increase 3 ~ 7 units.
Usage method
(1) Adding amount: Determine the adding amount after doing modulation test according to the base oil properties.
(2) Adding into the gasoline directly, and distribute evenly, it’ll be better to add large quantities for dynamic reconcile
Packaging storage
(1) Packaging with special dangerous goods tank car.
(2)Store according to the specifications of flammable chemicals, to be sealed, avoid light, fire prevention, moisture-proof.
(3)Prevent from entering the eyes, wash with water immediately if accidentally splash.
